Francesca is trained in the Usui Shiki Ryoho method of Reiki. Those that practice Reiki believe that our minds and emotions determine what state of balance the body experiences. Performing Reiki on another and even on yourself provides a conduit for healing energy to act upon the body’s energy centres, promoting reorganisation within the body.
